A successful graduate should get a decent job in an IT company with the opportunity to implement the acquired knowledge and potential.
A few words about how we promote employment. After the course, we invite an HR manager working in an IT company to conduct a coaching session “Effective job search”. On it, students receive up-to-date advice and recommendations, learn various behavioral strategies, resume writing, search for hidden vacancies, rehearse interviews and much more.
After successfully passing the exam, students’ resumes are placed in the IT company’s database, and when there is a need for specialists of this level, they are contacted. Students who showed high results in the exam are recommended by the HR manager to their colleagues who work in other IT companies.
At the end of studies and during 4 months, we inform students and graduates about open vacancies and provide advice on how to prepare for an interview for a certain vacancy.
